ABOUT INDIAN PENCAK SILAT FEDERATION

  • Indian Pencak Silat Federation ( IPSF) is the only National Federation for Pencak Silat Sports in India duly affiliated with International Pencak Silat Federation (PERSILAT)
  • Asian Pencak Silat Federation (APSIF), and South Asian Pencak Silat Federation (SAPSF).
  • Indian Pencak Silat Federation ( IPSF) is duly recognized by Govt. of India (Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports) . Indian Pencak Silat Federation ( IPSF)  has 32 State/ UT’s Members all over India
  • Indian Pencak Silat Federation ( IPSF)  was incorporated as the non profitable organization registered under (Societies of Registration under act 1960) and with the aim and objectives of only to promote the tremendous art of Pencak Silat Sports in all over India at School, Collages, University and Corporate level not only as a Martial Art of Self Defense but also as a Sport.
  • Pencak Silat Sports is now a medal event in Asian Games, SEA Games & Asian Beach Games, World Games, Youth Asian Games, Asian Indoor & Martial Art Games and is duly recognized by Olympic Council of Asia & TAFISA.
  • Indian Pencak Silat Federation ( IPSF)  have more than 450 approved Clubs & 32 Associations of different events like Tanding, Tunggal, Ganda & Regu etc. Indian Pencak Silat Federation ( IPSF)  has a strength of 20 Asian Level and 250 IPSF qualified Referees/Judges and 02 International accredited/Certified Coaches Under the Presidentship of Sheik Alau’ddin Yacoob Marican & Mohammad Iqbal .
  • Indian Pencak Silat Federation ( IPSF) is fully involved in developing and popularizing of Pencak Silat Sport in India and have produced numbers of International level medalist.
  • The Membership for the Players is Open for all technically & deserving organizations who will agree to abide by the rules and regulations of PERSILAT unconditionally.
